Introduction
Roller mill is a milling equipment which can reduce the raw material to a smaller size. Inside of roller mill, there are one or two pair of horizontal roller that parallel to each other. In the end of roller, roller is fi xed by bearings. In fact, the drive roller is in a fixed position, and the driven roller can be moveable for adjusting.
The rollers’distance is from 3/4” to almost touch to each other. The raw material is pulled by rollers when they turn toward to each other. Therefore, the raw material will be crushed by the rollers. As a result, different type of rollers will be applied to different application.
