- Globe-like fine grain can be obtained
The stirring leaves are fitted in the bottom of mixer, and high-speed cutters are equipped at top of the side-vertical barrel wall. When powder and liquid additives are turned round upward along the centrifugal force of barrel wall, and directed to center then drop that repeated turn, compression and cutting, the function of granulation could be achieved.
- High-precision mixture could be conducted in a same machine
High-precision and strong mixture could reach the dispersed and even effect about 30 seconds to several minutes.(As for the micro liquid additives could reach to the 1/20,000 mixture precision.)
- Extensive operation conditions could adjust various kinds of granulation
Within 20-200-mesh diameter of grain, no matter fine grain, or grains formed by grains and powder metallurgy could be selected.
- Compact assemblies
The gap between stirring wings and mixture tank is very small, and no dead space; it could completely stirring, mixture and discharge.
- Easy removal and clean, meeting the Requirements of GMP
Easy removal of cutters and stirring wings, the part of shaft seal has been protected by air current circuit too that could be cleaned by water completely after use.
- Various stirring wings could be selected for different purposes of granulation
According to the angle, shape and the rotational speed of stirring wings, could make selection and match depending on the characteristics of raw materials, in order to prevent form adherence, or collapse of fragile grains.
