Introduction

ACP Pulverizer is a pulverizer with Air Separator fitting in Pin Mill. Raw materials are sent to the pulverizing room by feeder, then to be pulverized by metal pin fitted in the rotor disc. In the meantime, the raw materials are sprayed into the surrounding liners through centrifugal force that furthers to pulverize the raw materials. The pulverized raw materials are then sent to separator by airflow through outside guiding. And the fine powder is attracted by fan, through separator, to be collected by Pulsaire.The rough powder separated by separator then return to pulverizing section from inside guiding for further pulverization.
ACP Pulverizer assembles rotor disc(pin disc or bar disc), liner, guiding and separator functionally against the characteristic of materials so as to make fine pulverization. In addition, use the air separator without screen to make grain adjustment; therefore, it could keep good ventilation for the pulverization room that is suitable for no heat-resistant substance, too.

Effective pulverization and separating
It could make effective pulverization and separating. In addition, since the temperature inside the pulverization room is not raised considerable. It is an ideal machine suitable for coating resin and food etc. no heat-resistant substance.
Product with even grain
Because the machine has the separating function; therefore, the distribution range for grain is narrow, and the shape of single grain is more regular.
Easy to adjust the degree of grain
The machine may adjust the degree of grain by adjustment of wind volume and change of the rotation speed for separator.
Safe installation
For safety in operation, when open the cover of pulverization room, it’s to start interlocking system that the machine could not be run. And during running the cover of pulverization room could not be opened either.
Convenient to clean
The easy removable structure for separator and grinding disc is convenient to clean. Therefore, it’s very suitable for the operation that needs to change various raw materials frequently.
Strong function
This machine may deal with a great amount of air depending on the combination of pulverization and separating with strong function.
